What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a safe, naturally occurring state of deep relaxation in which one is more receptive to positive suggestions. People drift into hypnotic states every day while daydreaming, driving long distances, and just before waking or falling asleep. Though deeply relaxed, your mind is actually more alert, aware, and focused in hypnosis than during normal waking consciousness. This deep state combined with focused concentration promotes change quickly and easily. During a session, you remain in total control and cannot be made to act involuntarily, or outside your moral code.
What will a session feel like?
Our Heart-Centered approach offers a safe, nurturing environment in which you can move beyond fears, create life breakthroughs and realize your desires. During a session, you'll sit in a chair of comfort, fully aware of our room surroundings and in total control. We'll begin with a chat and then proceed with a guided relaxation infused with your intentions, positive suggestions for the changes you choose. Sessions are quite relaxing and typically last about 1-1/2 hours. Clients report feeling happy, renewed, and rested following sessions.
